Do not use this company!
I took my life savings to arrange a cycling trip in italy. Randotrek gave me a faulty bike, refused to refund. I lost years of savings & was unable to cycle due to bad bike. They ignore my emails. As a fitness & travel professional i am disgusted at this service - take someones life savings but then give them something they cant use - no refund, refuse to communicate- this company is a fraud!
