We have joined CTTC on 3 tours. Each one has been amazing and beyond expectations. The routes are very well planned, the accommodations the best possible and the local foods and wines suggested by the guides delicious. The quality and choice of BH bikes (road or hybrid)is excellent. Even an e-bike option is now available. The CTTC owners are hands on and local, with a rich history of unique experiences in the Iberian peninsula. I highly recommend CTTC.

A good time in Andalucia
Our tour started in Seville and ended in Granada, by way of Cordoba -- a nine day tour. On the tour were just the four of us, including my wife and two sons (23 and 25 years old). We had great weather in early June and the route was almost exclusively low traffic and good roads -- something that I think contributes significantly to the overall enjoyment of the trip.
The first part of the trip followed the Guadalquivir river, so was not too challenging and allowed my sons, who are in good shape, but not bike riders, to establish their legs. This was good because the low mountains starting in the middle of the trip were more demanding.
"Cat" (owner and guide) made sure we got to see the necessary sites along the way, including visiting Roman ruins and an olive press/bottling plant. But the food and wine was the highlight of the trip. We ate very well and enjoyed a lot of different dishes at all meals. Accommodations were always very good, even in the smaller towns, which we always walked around in the evenings to get more of a feel for local culture.
I can't really remember anything unpleasant about the trip, except for one especially grueling ride to the top of a very steep hill, where we were to stay for the night -- but of course you have to have these on a bicycle trip. "Cat" was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and easy to get along with; and she had lots of stories to share to keep the conversation going.
There was also another guide and a support van. The bikes were quite good and well maintained. The tour was run efficiently, but not rigidly.
We try never to go to the same place twice, but when we go to Portugal or France, it will be with CTTC.
