As a nonprofit organization, Adventure Cycling Association's mission is to inspire and empower people to travel by bicycle. The ACA provides route maps and self-guided tours, and also runs a variety of guided tours in the United States.

Northern tier
I biked the Northern Tier in 2012 and had the best time. All I had to be concerned about was putting up my tent and relaxing after a days bike ride. The group has shared cooking which meant I cooked once a week with a partner. We cook anything we wanted. I have biked several other trip with Adventure Cycling and expect to do more in the future.
